The legal agreement between you and Tradosaurus. Plain English where possible, precise where it must be.
By downloading, installing, or using Tradosaurus (the "Software") and visiting tradosaurus.in (the "Website"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Software.
Free tier. We grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the Software's free-tier features for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Pro tier. Upon successful payment, we grant you a single-user license to use the Pro features for the duration of your annual subscription. The license is per-individual; sharing your license key with others terminates it.
The Software, its source code, the website, all documentation, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Tradosaurus. We grant you a license to use the Software, not ownership of it.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Software will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tradosaurus and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Pro license in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold Tradosaurus harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Software, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We may terminate or suspend your Pro license at any time for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software's Pro features. Free-tier use may continue subject to these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active license holders by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
