If Tradosaurus Pro doesn't work for you, we'll refund your purchase in full — no questions asked — within seven days of the original purchase date.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your request. The amount is credited back to the original payment method (typically your card or UPI account) by Razorpay. Depending on your bank, the refund may appear in your account within 5–10 business days.
After the seven-day window, refunds are not provided as a matter of policy. The license remains valid for the full annual period regardless. If you encounter a software defect that materially prevents you from using the product, contact us — we'll work with you to find a resolution including refund if appropriate, even outside the seven-day window.
This refund policy applies only to Tradosaurus Pro licenses purchased directly through our website via Razorpay. The Free tier is, of course, free — no refund applies because no payment was made.
If your refund is approved, your Pro license key will be deactivated. The application reverts to the Free tier on the next launch. You retain all data, screeners, custom strategies, and exports you created — we don't claw back anything you've already produced with the tool.
We don't offer pro-rated or partial refunds. The seven-day window is a full money-back guarantee. After that, the annual license runs its full term.
If you have any concern about your purchase, please email us first. We respond within 24 hours and resolve nearly all issues directly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us is not necessary — we don't want to keep money from someone who isn't happy with the product.
